1. Acceptance of Terms By using Startup Tycoon Game – VC Phone, you agree to these terms.
2. THE “NOT REAL MONEY” RULE (VIRTUAL CURRENCY)
- The Game utilizes a virtual currency (denoted by the “$” symbol).
- This is not real money. It has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for actual currency or goods.
- Any “investments” or “returns” described in the game are fictional simulation mechanics.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
- Unlocking “Autopilot” ($10) or the “Founder Bundle” ($20) are digital purchases for game features.
- All transactions and refunds are managed by Apple Inc. We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Disclaimer of Professional Advice The Game is for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Success in the game does not equate to professional investment capability in the real world.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
