Welcome to Ramen to Riches (the “Game”), operated by For U Studios. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- About the Game
Ramen to Riches is a life and business simulation game. All characters, businesses, and events depicted in the Game are fictional.
- Virtual Items and Currency
The Game includes virtual currency (“Ramen Bucks” or “Cash”) and virtual assets (stocks, businesses).
No Real Value: Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and do not constitute real-world property. They cannot be redeemed for “real world” money, goods, or other items of monetary value.
Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, or transfer virtual items or currency outside of the Game.
- Financial Disclaimer
The Game features a simulated stock market and business management scenarios. All market trends, stock tips, and financial advice provided within the Game are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. They do not reflect real-world market conditions and should never be used as a basis for real-world financial decisions or investments.
- In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Billing: Purchases (like the Lifetime Pass) and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. All billing queries must be directed to the App Store.
No Refunds: Purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or Apple’s specific policies.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- License and Prohibited Conduct
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for personal entertainment. You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit, or use automation software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Game code.
Modify the Game or use it for any commercial purpose.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR SAVED DATA WILL BE PERMANENTLY RETRIEVABLE.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR YOUR USE OF THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
