1. Data Collection
- Local Storage Only: All names, profile pictures, and chat logs you create are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your fake conversations to our servers.
- No Accounts: We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
- Photos Library: The App requires permission to access your photo library to save generated screenshots and to allow you to upload profile pictures for your fictional characters.
2. Analytics and Third Parties
- Firebase Analytics: We collect anonymous data regarding how the App is used (e.g., how many chats are created, which features are most popular) to improve the user experience.
- Apple: Processes all subscription data. We never see your financial information.
3. Data Retention Because all data is stored locally, your “right to delete” (under CCPA/GDPR) is exercised by deleting the chat history within the App or uninstalling the App from your device.
4. California Privacy Rights As a California resident, you have the right to know that we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial gain.
